designer maternity clothes?? If not where is a good place to buy cute outfits for cheap. I love buying expensive clothes but I am not to sure if I should buy expensive maternity clothes. Because I plan on onlybeing pregnant once.
I live in Tempe Arizona. So I dont really need to worry about buying for the seasons. I care about my baby and have money set aside. I just dont want to look like older.I dont have any friends who have been pregnant I am only 23 and just two years out of college, so I wouldnt know where to shop because I formerly just shopped at boutiques.

I live in the suburbs of Chicago, IL.. and currently my insurance in BlueAdvantage HMO Blue Cross, Blue Shield.. I just found out from a woman I work with (who has already been on maternity leave through our employer) That while I am gone I have to pay my employer money to keep the insurance that I have. (total crap, I know!)
I tried to figure out how much it will be so I know how much to start saving .. but the blue cross, blue shield website is very hard to navigate.
Does anyone know how I could go about finding out how much it will cost me?? Someone I work with also said that I should be getting a discount as well for being a "single parent".. even though I am engaged.
And humor me.. Does/Did anyone else have such a horrible deal as far as maternity leave?? (I only get paid as much time as I have left for sick/personal days, and I have to continue to pay for my insurance)…
Thanks everyone!!
OH! One more thing, I would ask my inusrance department here at work, but the woman in charge of it all is on vacation until the second week in March!! =(
yea… AFLACK would be nice right about now! =)
I would only have to pay what they normally deduct from my paycheck.

I think I’m going to wear a maternity bathing suit, due to the fact that the pool is at my bf parents house.

I’ve seen this stretchy band of material that you can put over your regular pants (unbuttoned) that allow you to be able to wear your regular pants longer into a pregnancy, but I don’t know where to get it. Any ideas?

Alright, I am a plus size, but my chest doesn’t really fit my body. I am a 40-C (almost- too big for a B, but don’t quite fill an entire C). Where can I get decently priced bras for my size? It’s nearly impossible to find in mainstream stores that offer "nearly" sizes, and I’m not the right size for Lane Bryant bras. I need a nice padded PUSH UP bra for good lift. Everything plus size offers little support.

Skinny Boy:

Why’d you pick your answer? Personally, I like the hourglass figure. A boy figure makes me think of a teenaged boy.

None of the jeans I try on at stores seem to be comfortable. The low rise feels like the pants are slipping down and the full panel has a seem that cuts across the belly that I know in my third trimester is going to be unbearable when I sit down. I’m looking for the old traditional full panel pants. I just bought a pair of jeans yesterday that were "full panel" but I had to buy them in a size that is way too big so that the seam across the belly doesn’t cut in to my stomach. Any ideas? I don’t want to only wear knit pants!

Thanks for your answers, but the pants I’m talking about must be so outdated that nobody knows what I mean. The stores you all suggested do not carry what I’m talking about. Thanks anyway. I did find one though – they only sell it online.

I know several websites where I can purchase sneakers in my size but I still can’t find any stores that sell a size 16 or 17. Do you know any in the New York area?
