Now before people jump on me, I am aware that I have no right to dictate what people can wear. I’m a size 12 myself, so in no way am I a skinny minnie. But at least I do wear shirts that are appropriate for my size.

I see way too many big women wearing tops that are way too tight and small, and it is not cute. I see it every day at work, and it looks tacky. No one wants to see lumps, bumps and rolls popping out of a top that’s two times too small, especially at work.

Big women need to wear tops that are more forgiving to their shape, and stop trying to dress like these skinny women. There are plenty of stores like Ashley Stewart and Lane Bryant and Torrid that have cute tops that are size appropriate. Anyone else have opinions on this?
@ double: looking at the big women at my job, I highly doubt that they ever used to be small…..lol
and it just dawned on me that alot of the clothing makers charge a bit more for plus sized clothing than clothing in regular sizes. Perhaps that is why some big women do what they do. In that respect I guess I could understand, but it still doesn’t look right.

why do people think that? it never said that this is a "whites only" store. im black(light skin) and i shop there. i think people say that b/c they think its meant for slender people. do they NOT know that there are alot of slender black,white,Asian, and Mexican people out here? also there sizes go up to a size 12 i think, so i wish people would stop bashing them because their sizes don’t go any higher. a size 12 is for plus size people so i think they need not complain about it. thats like a size 0 girl goes in to Ashley Stewart looking for a pair of jeans. she’s not gonna find her size so go somewhere else! i just wanna know your thoughts on this situation.

well I’ve decided to do a little shopping online since they say its the best way. i have to wear "uniform" at my school but it doesn’t necessarily have to be uniform material just the right colors. and iv’e tried all the popular sites like
lane bryant, ashley stewart, catherines, old navy, torrid( cute clothes but none for school) fashion bug and more.

im looking for white polo shirts (u’d think they’d be easy to find, but im lookin for size 2x and there not)
black or khaki pants (with no print on them)
all black vests, sweaters, or blazers
and if possible sum shoes

at my school we can accesorize long as were in code, im into colorful shoes like pastry’s and colorful jewelary, i kinda collect them but if you know any site for shoes and clothes im more than welcome to hear.

I guess I should have looked at the reviews before I bought it. I was overjoyed with it but I am okay with it..meaning I am deal with it and don’t feel like returning it.

It took sooo long for me to get it on…You definitely can’t hook it from the front and spin it around, which is what I’m used to doing. I’m a 44 DDD and I just knew this bra was going to work for me. There is alot of padding which I’m sure none of us need especially with all the strapping on that bra. I really expected something wonderful with this bra when I bought it.

It does smooth out bugles…with the big ass 2 straps back there! lol

So I just wanted to know how other women felt about this "GREAT BRA"!

That’s me!

I have worn clothing in the past that had lots of room, more for comfort than for appearances. However, as I’ve become older I desire clothing that are perfect-fitting. I am plus-sized (size 14) and very curvy so I want something to accentuate my body.

I want to find jeans that will do just that for me. I’m not talking of plus-sized lines such as Lane Bryant, Ashley Stewart or anything like that, because I’ve tried them and was dissatisfied.

Many jeans I wear are either too long and I have to fold the bottom a lot, my thighs look like turkey legs or my legs look like they are turned inwards.

Any professional advice is appreciated! I really want to follow through with this search.

the thing is, while I’m not a large girl but I do have wide hips and I’m curvy so they would look good on me. I can’t seem to find my size though because they are all in size 2′s and what not. Torrid the plus size place is MUCH to large for me to fit any of their things.Ashley Stewart and Lane Bryant don’t even carry them and that place is for the older age. So where can I get these jeans for the perfect fit. I wear a size 14 because of my wide hips but I have a small waist( idk if that makes any difference) I wish for the jeans to be affordable so could anybody send me any online stores or suggestions?

I happen to be a busty female and the shops I like don’t provide the sizes for me. I get a lot of tees from Alloy, and American Eagle because they go to XXL. I love my novelty tees but wish I could find more cute tees that will get over the twins lol. I have not reached the Lane Bryant/ Ashley Stewart sizes however I am not small either.

If you know of any online stores that provide cute screen tees I would greatly appreciate it.
