I got my ears pierced at clairs a couple years ago and I want to gauge them. Is it bad to go from the normal size strait to size 16? Will this cause a blow out or will it be okay? I’m really short in money so I can’t afford to buy tapers and earrings.

I am not saying I am broke, I make good money, but I am not willing to pay – for a pair of pants I will only wear for a few months. I am very limited on the maternity clothing stores were I live and am scared to death to order anything on-line because I am short and petites are too short, and regular length is way too long.
Please give me some advice, I am SOOOO frustrated right now!

I’m looking to get independent insurance for myself with a maternity rider and am very discouraged by what I’ve found so far! I’m currently employed as a teacher and have a group HMO plan, but I’m strongly considering going out on my own within the next few weeks. I’m not sure how long my insurance will be good for (my card says until 1/11, but I’m thinking it will be terminated as soon as I resign). My husband and I are also planning on starting a family soon, so I will need maternity coverage. I was thinking about continuing part time this year to keep my insurance, but we also may be moving mid-year, which would, I believe, negate that insurance, and if I’m already pregnant at that time, my understanding is that it would be nearly impossible to get maternity coverage, if I could get coverage at all. So I think the best plan is to go ahead and get insurance now to cover my bases. I’ve spoken to a few agents and the general finding I’m getting is that my only option is blue cross/blue shield with a maternity rider, but I’m having a hard time accepting that these plans are really a good deal for the money. My understanding is that I’ll be paying around 0 a month and will still have to pay ,500 out of pocket for all maternity expenses, then 50% of everything after. I understand that if I have complications that this will save a bunch of money, but if I have a normal pregnancy, this seems a bit like a rip-off. I know there are cheaper base plans, but the agent I spoke with basically told me that they were useless because very few providers took them.
I guess my questions are 1: What happens if you have group coverage during a pregnancy and then move – do all maternity payments then come out of pocket? 2: Is my information (price wise) accurate? and 3: Are there any cheaper (yet legit) options? Any information you can provide me would be greatly appreciated.

I haven’t gained any weight, but things have definitely shifted. Even my comfy pants don’t feel comfy anymore. I’m not quite 7 weeks! I don’t want to waste money on maternity pants now if I’m just going to need bigger ones later…but seriously, when do you need to start shopping for different pants?

So I’m a bikini wearing mama… I have 2 kids and am very proud of my beach body… however. THIS summer I will be 7-9 months pregnant with #3. So I was looking at maternity bathing suits. Not a fan of the ones I looked at at Gap and Old Navy. My friend wore her bikini during her pregnancy showing off her belly at 8-9 months pregnant.
I’m wonder what other people think when they see a pregnant women showing the full belly off at the beach? Is it appropriate? Or should I really spend the money and by the maternity suit the covers everything?
I don’t have stretch marks from my other 2 kids… but who knows what can happy with this pregnancy… each one is different!

I’m tall so it has to be tall, and I have to be able to wash it (there are a lot of complaints on not being able to put the cover back on the snoogle after you wash it.) I REALLY need to get one, but they are a lot of money and don’t know which to go for. THANKS!

I am looking for a pair of jeans that fit me well, show off my ass, and have at least a 32 3/4" inseam (but not more than 35"). I am a size 20 with an 18 waist but thick calves. Old Navy’s jeans fit my hips perfectly and usually have a decent length but are too snug from the knee down, even flares. I am willing to spend the money on high end jeans if they are worth it. Any ideas?

Hi! I’m in my 33rd week of pregnancy and have officially outgrown all of my regular clothes. Boo
, but I still have a couple more weeks left in my pregnancy and I need some clothes. I live in the Beverly Hills area and I was wondering if anyone knows of any hip maternity stores? The only place I have found teen maternity clothing is at low class stores that I refuse to shop at. Money is not a problem, if there are any on-line stores also that would be great ! (:
Bite the Hand- how disrespectful, you don’t know anyones story. So shut the fuck up you rugby playing ugly ass cat chick. Thank you (:

I am now on maternity leave, andcan take up to a year off work although my pay will go down drastically and the last 3 months will be unpaid. I would like to take the whole year but don’t know if I’ll be able to afford to. Any ideas of ways I can make money while still able to look after my baby? No criminal stuff/sex work suggestions please.
Thanks!
